Si hatch?

Quite frankly, most people would not have known what wi ngs are new on the refreshed model, had Honda not highlighted the changes with camo lol

Now with less fake vents?

Doubt it. The reason there’s no Si hatch right now is it’s exclusive to the US (maybe North America?) while all Civic hatchbacks are built in England.

It probably holds that already, because I think it does like 169mph.

Are you sure it’s a Type R? The badges are covered in camo. Maybe it’s a new hatchback hybrid being tested, and the Type R body is a new form of camou fla ge?
Also, I like the big wing on the Type R. This small wing makes it look like someone put Type R body on a Hatchback Sport. Though this may also be the “base Type R” that’s been rumored that would strip away some of the creature comforts and bring the price down. Looks like the lane watch is gone too, which could either support a more base model, or could be indicative of the Civic removing the feature and going to BSD (all sorts of rumors of a refresh for 2019, including ditching the current infotainment and moving to the same as the new Accord ).

Probably the Touring but secretly hoping it’s an ILX mule. A fun small Acura would be nice

The Civic Type R as sold now is known as the Type R Touring already

Yes.
It’ll be interesting to see what the “low drag” version does.

Right, that's not going to be its official name. That's just what everyone is calling it because it may be like the 911 T or 911 R to the Type R 's GT3 like status or it may be more of a GT, no one is sure so its referred to as the Touring
